Bahia Principe Hotels and Resorts, the 27-property chain spanning the Caribbean, Mexico and Spain, is running a batch of September deals that knock as much as 40% off stays — including at adults-only resorts that start at just $120 a night once the discount lands.

The chain, now nearly three decades old, organises its properties into four tiers: Sunlight, Grand, Luxury and Fantasia. Some are adults-only, others family-friendly, and many operate all-inclusive, so it pays to check which category you're booking. A recent strategic partnership with Hyatt also means travellers can now earn and burn points across Bahia resorts and, in some cases, flights.

The headline offer for 2026 is the Extend the Summer Sale in Spain, which covers four properties in Tenerife and Mallorca. Book and you'll save up to 40% on stays through 31 October 2026, with children getting an extra 25% off — a rare structure that makes the Spanish islands a genuinely competitive family option next year.

Over in the Caribbean and Mexico, the discounts are more targeted but still solid. Bahia Principe Escape Ambar in Punta Cana is up to 25% off, while the adults-only Escape Tequila in Riviera Maya drops by 30%. The Luxury Esmeralda, recently given a multi-million-dollar renovation for a more boutique feel, is also 30% off.

The biggest savings, though, sit behind a free sign-up. Join the brand's loyalty programme and you can unlock up to 40% off adults-only hotels, subject to availability — think Escape Aquamarine in the Dominican Republic or Escape Coral Playa on Mallorca's coast. Membership has a second payoff too: new members start at Blue Level with a guaranteed 5% off their next booking, and repeat guests can climb to 10% off depending on their tier.

If you're not sure where to start, the Riviera Maya alone has four all-inclusive Bahia properties, and the beachside Fantasia Punta Cana keeps appearing on best-of lists for family all-inclusives in the Dominican Republic. Between the loyalty discount, the early-booking sales and the Hyatt points angle, this is one of the better-value windows to lock in a 2026 beach holiday — especially if you're flexible between the Caribbean and Spain.
