Reservations are now live for NoMad Singapore, the first Asia Pacific property from Hilton's luxury NoMad brand, with doors set to open in late 2026 on Orchard Road. If you've been waiting for a reason to book Singapore's fanciest shopping street twice, this might be it.
The hotel takes over the former Faber House at the Cairnhill intersection, reworked by Singapore architecture studio WOHA with interiors from Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design. The exterior gets a 14-storey cascading waterfall and a planted vertical facade, while the rooms lean into Art Deco and Peranakan detail — pale blue and green walls nodding to the shophouses on nearby Emerald Hill. There are 173 rooms across 12 floors, including 25 suites; the 25 Parlour Suites and 43-square-metre NoMad Suites come with bathtubs, double vanities and proper living space. Arrival is on the fifth level, an open-air reception with the Lù bar, terrace and pool above the Orchard Road bustle.
Food and drink look like a big part of the pitch. NoMad Grill sits at the top of the building with a tin-coffered ceiling and columns borrowed from classic New York dining rooms, serving dry-aged meats over wood fire, a raw bar and seafood. The Tropicana Club is a craft cocktail bar channelling 1940s-50s Havana — a nod to both the legendary Cuban original and Singapore's own 1968 Tropicana Club. At street level, Sticky Fingers does gourmet soft-serve sundaes for anyone who wants something playful after the martini course.
Art is treated as more than decoration: more than 1,860 works, 90% by Singapore-based artists, are being curated throughout the hotel, including commissions made in partnership with ART:DIS, a non-profit championing artists with disabilities. The project is developed with UOL Group and joins NoMad London, which opened in 2021, in the brand's small global portfolio.
For travellers, this is a genuinely new flagship on a street already thick with hotels — the draw is the design pedigree, the rooftop chophouse and a location minutes from the CBD and Emerald Hill's heritage terraces. Bookings are open now for stays from late 2026, so early planners have first pick of room categories.
