A new player has quietly entered the US vacation rental game. Avari, a brand launched by management company Casago, is now handling more than 5,500 holiday homes across the United States — and it's tempting new bookers with 15% off fall stays.
A bit of backstory helps here. Casago, founded in 2001, has always worked differently from Airbnb: instead of letting private hosts list their own places, it manages the properties itself, handling cleaning, maintenance and guest service. In 2025, Casago acquired Vacasa, a rival that ran on the same full-service model. Since the takeover, thousands of Vacasa homes have been flipped over to Casago's standards, and they're now run under the Avari name. That gives Avari a ready-made portfolio of managed homes from day one — no empty startup catalogue of a dozen listings.
Browsing the site feels familiar if you've used Airbnb or Vrbo: search by state, open a property, read the reviews, book. There's a strong presence in Florida — Panama City Beach and the communities along Highway 30A get a specific callout — plus a spread of homes across the Southeast and West Coast.
The deal itself: Avari's fall sale knocks 15% off more than 2,000 properties listed on its Deals page, and the discount applies automatically at checkout, so there's no promo code to hunt down. The catch is in the timing. Bookings have to be made between 15 September and 31 October 2025, with a two-night minimum stay. That's a window on the booking date, not the travel date, so you can presumably lock in dates further out if they're available — but if you're eyeing a fall getaway, booking before Halloween is the deadline that matters.
One more feature worth a look if you end up somewhere unfamiliar: Avari's Travel Guides page breaks down the best food, activities and local services for each destination, which is handy for getting oriented on day one without a pile of research.
Why should this be on your radar? If you liked Vacasa's managed-home model — professional cleaning, consistent maintenance, no lottery-dip on host quality — it now lives on under a new name, and the 15% discount is a genuine, automatic saving on a two-night booking minimum. It's most useful if your autumn plans lean towards the beach towns of Florida, the wider Southeast, or the West Coast, where the sale inventory is thickest. Worth remembering that as a brand-new platform it's still finding its feet post-acquisition, so checking recent reviews on individual properties — as you would anywhere — is a sensible habit while the transition settles.
