Global Village is gearing up for its 31st season, and Dubai Police have stepped in early with a warning: scammers are already pushing counterfeit VIP packs through clone websites and fake social media accounts that closely mimic the official pages.
The seasonal fair is one of Dubai's biggest annual draws — a sprawling cultural park with food districts, shopping stalls from dozens of countries and nightly entertainment. Its VIP packs are the sought-after upgrade, bundling perks like VIP parking, priority entry, Wonder Pass cards and, this year, a surprise prize worth Dhs31,000 for one lucky buyer. That demand is exactly what fraudsters exploit. Dubai Police caution that fraudulent links circulating online can cost victims both money and personal data, and urge everyone to verify they're on a legitimate source before entering payment details.
The good news: the real sales process is straightforward. VIP packs are sold in stages, exclusively through Coca-Cola Arena's website. Pre-sales run from September 21 to 25 (with priority booking fees of Dhs200 for Silver up to Dhs1,000 for Diamond), and general sales open on September 26. Regular tickets and other packages go live in October via the Global Village website or official mobile app.
There are four packs to choose from. The Silver Pack starts at Dhs1,890, the Gold Pack is Dhs2,490, the Platinum Pack is Dhs3,490, and the top-tier Diamond Pack comes in at Dhs7,900.
